We are so excited that many of the dogs we love best have parents that want to book our transport and grooming services!

At this time, we’d like to remind all our clients that as we follow best financial practices, we do not allow balances to be carried over.  This means, if you need to book transport or grooming we do require payment in advance of the service.

Advance payment can be accomplished a couple of ways, and in some cases there’s an extra discount for you!  Here’s how it works:

When purchasing a daycare package or boarding stay, transport and/or grooming can be booked and added in advance and will also receive the 10-12% package discount or multiple day discount.  If you choose to pay with cash, an additional 5% discount can be offered for further savings!

Sometimes we understand you need to add transport or a bath as you drop your dog off, and we can do that, too!  Please know that we will ask to hold a credit card securely on file, or collect these fees at time of drop off—especially if we are delivering your dog home in your absence. Should you call us to add services when a stay is already in progress, we will expect payment at that time.

From time to time a client does pre-pay transport but then elects to pick up their dog instead on a particular day.  Please know that since we have likely already scheduled staff to return your dog home, we do not issue a refund for transport in this case.  Should you decide to pick your dog up early from boarding and we have not get completed grooming, the pre-payment is not refunded, but would remain on your account against future services.
